Cu o oarecare parere de rau va anunt ca azi mi-am vandut telefonul, in vederea achizitionarii unui Galaxy S. Mi-a slujit cu incredere timp de 6 luni, dar devenise plictisitor.

Salut tututor celor indragostiti inca de i8910. Ma bucur ca am ocazia sa fiu (primul) scriitor pe blogul lui Daniel :D. [Mersi mult man !] Ma scuzati, nu m-am prezentat. Sunt Vladimir, un fericit (inca) posesor de i8910. Sau Omnia HD, suna mai bine. S-ar putea ca 1% din cei care cititi inca blogul sa va amintiti de numele meu din postarea lui Daniel cu jocul "Let's Golf", pe care i l-am "furnizat".

Voi incerca sa va tin la curent cu ultimele stiri din lumea symbianului, mai exact a telefonului nostru. Si desigur, va voi impartasi din aplicatiile mele favorite.

Pentru inceput, vad ca "zeii" care inca mai tin in viata i8910, Faenil si Hyperx, insista momentan pe QT Lybraries. Pare foarte interesant, cu conditia ca aplicatiile in QT Language vor functiona cum trebuie si pe Omnia HD. Cel putin, asa se promite.

Hyperx si Faenil au pregatit si alte surprize: Faenil a creat o aplicatie, alaturi de Madhacker, numita StartBackup, cu ajutorul careia vom putea salva "datele mai sensibile" (gen savegames la jocuri, contacte, bookmarks, notes, calendar, etc) in Mass Memory (E:). In timpul rebootului, acestea vor fi salvate. Deci nu ar mai fi, teoretic, nevoie de Samsung PC Studio, care stim cu totii, nu e perfect, are mici bug-uri, nu salveaza toate datele, si desigur, nu merge pe Windows 7 (sper ca nu ma insel). Faenil promote si alte surprize in viitorul apropiat.

Hyperx insista si el pe QT. Am pomenit deja. Aplicatiile foarte bune in QT, Wikitude si gpSP4Symbian (gameboy advance emulator) promit multe deja. Hyperx a reusit zilelea astea sa faca si Facebook-ul sa mearga cum trebuie.

Urmeaza zilele acestea sa postez cateva dintre aplicatiile mele favorite (desigur, care nu au fost inca publicate de Daniel).

Dupa aproape 30 de porniri si opriri, scos sim, pornit in offline si toate trickurile posibile a trebuit sa recurg la cea mai dura metoda: - FORMAT - . Abia imi facusem curat in telefon, eliberasem ~ 1gb spatiu ocupat inutil, cand mi s-a intamplat beleaua.
Deci: am instalat din ovi store aplicatiile Ovi wizard si ovi mail, le-am instalat, toate bune si frumoase pana ma roaga sa dau restart. Ma conformez, iar cand telefonul a pornit a ramas in homescreen, orice buton apasat nu se intampla nimic, si din cand in cand imi aparea System Error (i love it). Asa ca l-am inchis, apoi power on cu butonul de apel si meniu apasat. Asta a fost tot.

Hyperx ne anunta ca va lansa FOARTE curand un nou firmware. Eu sper sa fie ceva special, peste n2o3 ca sa mai diversific softurile. Din ce a anuntat bateria va tine cu 20% mai mult, va avea optiune Turbo-mode, kastor effects ( vor putea fi activate ), si un nou Codec pt poze (best codec, luat de pe un alt device)

Tocmai au aparut primele spy-shot uri cu un noul model, Nokia C7, primul telefon de la nokia touchscreen cu 8 MPX. Insa ce am observat mai interesant, este N9 aflat in varful "piramidei" sa spunem asa, adica urmatorul Flag-ship Nokia. Avand in vedere ca este peste N8, ne putem astepta la orice. poate un 3.7 - 4" + camera decenta si de ce nu Maemo 6 :)

O aplicatie foarte interesanta, care ruleaza in background, si scoate un sunet predefinit la ore fixe. Puteti alege de la sunetul ceasului antic pana la un cantec de cocos. Eu personal am ales acel sunet pe care il scot ceasurile Casio la ora fixa.

Off: Ieri la iesirea din cabina de proba (haine) chiar in dreptul detectoarelor a fost ora fixa, telefonul a piuit iar paza a sarit imediat in sus. Deci aveti grija cum va sincronizati =)))

Atentie: In cazul in care dupa ce ati flashuit telefonul, dupa ce se restarteaza, nu se mai aprinde deloc ci pur si simplu pe ecran apare si sa dispare "samsung i8910" faceti un hard reset tinand apasat simultan cele trei butoane de jos(apel-meniu-inchidere apel) dupa care tineti apasat simultan butonul de volum up+deblocare+buton de off si reinstalati firmware-ul.Telefonul o sa se aprinda si o sa functioneze in continuare.

Am facut Update la N2O3 - impresii - download

Nemultumit fiind de HX V4 , bateria nu mai trecea de 1zi si jumatate - maxim 2, am decis sa trec la n2o3. So far so good, totul merge ca la carte (dupa mii de ani de cautari) se misca foooarte bine, am inteles ca bateria "lasts for ages" cu modemul JB1. Momentan l-am stresat cu niste gps, cateva poze (noaptea au iesit neasteptat de bine). Urmeaza sa il verific amanuntit si sa revin cu completari.

Procedura de update este cea obisnuita (tutorial in postarile anterioare, NU cel de la HX V4 ) baterie full, back up , hard reset , rulati excutabil pt firmware apoi language pack si apoi modem si asta e tot :)

+ uri :

- cand conectezi telefonul in mass storage mode nu iti mai schimba wallpaperul ales si nici nu se mai face ecranul alb ( isi schimba tema intruna urata)
- pot sa adaug cu Nokia MapLoader vocea pentru navigatie in OviMaps
-bateria a fost la incarcat cam 20 min ieri la ora 12 inainte sa il resoftez, prinsese 4 liniute, iar acum are 2 (ceea ce este foarte bine) dupa cat l-am stresat cu gps poze video instalat aplicatii navigat web etc. in conditiile in care cu HX V4 incaract full seara, dimineata mai avea maxim 3 liniute - FAIL.
Update: bateria a cedat abia a3a zi, dupa acea incarcare in graba. am pus-o la full-charge acum si voi vedea cat tine cu adevarat :)

Din pacate nu am timp sa traduc, dar banuiesc ca toti intelegeti engleza. Sunt niste trick-uri FOARTE folositoare :)

Wanna set yourself opera Mobile as standart webbrowser to open links?...... want to have e.g. PowerMp3 as standart player to open mp3 files ??? No problem !
Now you can set this yourself (compatible to all HX-Firmwares)

* Open the nokia Filebrowser (in office folder)
* click on options
* click on Tools
* click on Edit data types
Now you can see every file extension as for e.g. to set Opera-Mobile as standart webbrowser to open links just go down to “text/html” -> change mapping -> select opera-Mobile-> finished :)

to get less delay to open BIG app-folders do as followed after fresh reboot:
* Open the nokia Filebrowser (in office folder)
* click on options
* click on Tools
* avkon icon cache
* disable and clear
* after that, enable it again
Now you have cleared the icon cache, so the first time you open the app-folder will be with delay, but after that it´s wayyy better responsible. Thanks goes to PNHT for this nice tip

Am descoperit o noua tema care arata foarte frumos pe al nostru telefon. este in 2 versiuni, DI cu icoane default, sau cu set de icoane custom. Eu am instalat pe cea custom, iar icoanele sunt superbe :)

Revin cu tutorial diseara. sunt intr-o graba totala.

In settings, la home screen theme, selectati Basic, sau finger use.

Apoi

Descarcati aceasta animatie (format SWF ) DOWNLOAD , o copiati in C: , apoi o redenumiti in " gadget.swf " . Mergeti la setari, homescreen theme, si alegeti Samsung widget.

In acest moment pe "desktop" ar trebui sa va apara animatia. Puteti alege orice animatie doriti, dar sa fie SWF si urma pasii de mai sus.

Update: se pare ca apa (culoarea ei ) si pestii se schimba in functie de ora. acum seara am observat ca tinde spre mov, are o culoare inchisa, au aparut mai multi pesti si diversi.

De ceva timp am renuntat la oribilul program de vizualizat poze cu care vine telefonul preinstalat (acel Gallery).
Folosesc Resco Photo Viewer -> LINK si mi se pare cea mai buna alegere. poti face tot ce iti trece prin cap cu ajutorul lui.

Iata ca a aparut inca un program foarte bun, am folosit versiunea anterioara, si mi s-a parut super.

Impresii HX V4 Main + Tutorial Instalare

UPDATE:
Am efectuat o nou instalare a HX-V4, de aceasta data fara contents pack si toate acele chestii nefolositoare. Telefonul pare mai curat, si cu mai mult spatiu pe E.

Aseara pe la 01:00 am terminat cu flashuirea, nu este foarte complicata dar merge. Trebuie doar sa fii atent.

In fine, sa va spun ce nu imi place:

-Kinetic scrolling in meniu (il urasc deja) iar din cauza lui au fost scoase cele 4 butoane de jos (meniu) si inlocuite cu 2 , back respectiv options. Asta ma calca pe nervi, pur si simplu nu se potriveste cu telefonul.
-am flashuit si contents pack (mare greseala), mi-a bagat 15 teme oribile, widgeturi nefolositoare, si niste aplicatii la fel de nefolositoare.
-a scos cea mai importanta aplicatie pentru mine, Profiles, pe care o mutam eu in meniu sa am acces rapid la ea. asa ca acum tre sa fac o mie de pasi pana ajung la profiluri sa le personalizez. oribil
-tema default este si mai urata, ceva mai rau nu se putea, cea mai buna tema ever o consider cea de la V3-29, pe care de altfel am si instalat-o.
-kinetic scrolling in meniu sacadeaza like hell, la fel si tranzitia landscape.

...voi mai completa daca mai gasesc bube...

Parti pozitive:

-se misca FOARTE rapid, nu am mai pus mana pe un asa firmware, cu exceptia faptului sa tranzitia meniu-landscape este cam inceata.
-o aplicatie foarte buna introdusa, TrackID (recunoaste orice melodie), asa ca v-ati gasit un inlocuitor pentru Shazam.

cam atat momentan, inca nu am avut timp sa testez amanuntit. Oricum vreau sa il reflashuiesc, deoarece am bagat acel contents pack useless pentru mine. asa ca voi lasa firmware-ul curat.

Anyway, ma tenteaza sa testez firmware-ul lui "Liamstears", am auzit ca face cele mai stabile si mai bune firmware-uri. lucreaza impreuna cu faenil, insa softurile sunt foarte "curate".

Tutorial instalare:

1. Salvati-va muzica pozele, imaginile in pc, si faceti un back-up la contacte,bookmarks si mesaje.
2. Aplicati un Hard-Reset telefonului cu urmatoarea comanda *#7370# apoi introduceti codul telefonului (cel default este 8 de 0 : 00000000 ) asteptati pana reporneste.
3.Inchideti telefonul si porniti-l in Boot mode tinand apasat volume + , lock key si power on pana apare ecran albastru.
4.Rulati Main.exe si apoi conectati telefonul la pc si dati click pe DOWNLOAD ( start download) DOWNLOAD MAIN.exe
5.Daca vrei sa instalati si contens pack ( teme , aplicatii, modificari widgeturi simulte altele ) desccarcati acest fisier DOWNLOAD (300mb) pentru omnia hd cu 8gb memorie, Rulati executabilul , click pe CONTENTS SMD fisierul .ima care se afla si el in arhiva. apoi Click download iar cand este gata va reporni. Nu deconectati cablul usb pana nu apare mesajul Download complete.

Daca nu doriti contents pack sariti peste pasul 5 (dar descarcati acel contents pack) si flashuiti modemul. Modemul il vezi gasi dupa ce veti instala firmware-ul, in memoria de masa (cei 8gb), este o arhiva de 12 mb. ii dati extract, rulati executabilul din contens pack, click pe modem si alegeti modemul extras (cel de 12mb), apoi click download si asteptati pana reporneste telefonul.

Cam asta este tot. Sper ca m-am facut inteles, am scris in graba deoarece nu am mult timp la dispozitie.

Am pus telefonul la incarcat (nu a rezistat de aseara pana acum), fac back-up, termin de descarcat firmware-ul nou si ma pun pe flashuit.

1 Phone call management

* a. Reject all incoming calls. In this mode, all of the incoming call will be automatically rejected. It can be used in the time when a user does not want to be disturbed (for example, when a user is driving a car or having a meeting)
* b. Accept only recognized call. In this mode, all of the unknown calls will be rejected; those recognized calls (names are already stored in the phonebook/contacts) will be not affected.
* c. Reject calls from blacklist.In this mode, all of the calls from the predefined blacklist will be automatically rejected, whereas the rest of the calls will not have any effect. An end user can make use of "Manage Lists" function to create the needed blacklist. This can be used in the situation when a user does not want to be harassed from some people.
* d. Accept call from whitelist. In contrast to the previous one, in this mode, mobile only accept calls from the predefined whitelist. All of the other calls from non-whitelist will be automatically rejected. An end user may use "Manage Lists" function to create the needed whitelist.
* e. Personalized call rejection. In this mode,an end user may define personalized call rejections for each of the members in the "Specific List". A user may select "Reject call", "Reply by SMS" or "Greeting" options to reject calls. A user may use "Manage Lists" to create his/her "Specific list".
2 Hide and Manage SMS

* a. "PCG" can help to manage the SMS messages in the mobile phone to make the needed messages visible or invisible in the "Inbox/Sent" of the Nokia "Messaging" application. In this case, a user can hide the sensitive information even your phone is lost, or the user does not want to share the information with others.
* b. An end user may create his/her "Baby list" using "PCG". Once the "Baby list" has been set up, in the next start-up of "PCG", it will automatically scan all of the existing short messages. If a message is to from the "Baby list", then messages will be automatically hidden. In addition, it can also automatically hide the short messages from "Baby list" if it is running. 3 Hide and Manage Phone call log

* When a call from one of the member in the "Baby list" comes in, if it is not answered, then a small "mobile phone icon" will keep blinking until the user enters either "Manage SMS" or "Call Records" area with a correct password provided.

4 Phone call recording
Whenever a call has been establish (in whichever user interface), if a user wants to record the caller's voice (for example, please tell me your phone number or your home address, then I can record it down), the user just simply needs to simultaneously press "ABC" key(on which has a pen icon) and "+" key, "PCG"will automatically invoke the "Recorder" application in S60 to record the telephony voice. As such, t the caller's voice and the user's voice will be recorded simultaneously. A user may the functions from the recorder to "Stop", "Pause" or "Continue" to record the voice. Note:For those S60 phones, which has the "QWERTY" keyboard layout,a user needs to use "CTRL+A" key combination to activate the telephony voice call recording. Currently, Nokia S60 E61 has the keyboard layout.

5 Automatic call rejection
When this function is used, all of the incoming calls will be automatically rejected. If the caller uses a mobile phone to make the call,then the caller may receive a customized SMS message. This is especially useful when a user does not want to be disturbed; however,he/she still wants the caller to get some information about the callee. A user may choose an SMS template like "I am driving call"or "I am having a meeting now, please do not disturb me"as a reply.

6 Automatic removal of the SMS message from the blacklist
A user may define his/her own "SMS Blacklist". In this case, all of the SMS from the blacklist will be automatically removed when the SMS message come in. This function is very useful when a user does not want to receive those harass SMS messages or advertisement SMS messages.

7 Keyboard autolock
A user may define a time interval for "Autolock time interval"。When keyboard is not used within the time, then "Call Manager" will help to lock the keyboard automatically.

8 Quick key lock function
Except the time when a call is established, no matter whichever user interface a user is currently in, the user may simultaneously press "ABC" key(on which there is a pen)and "+" key to activate the quick key lock function. The benefit of this function is that a user does not to switch to the "Idle screen" in order the lock the keyboard. Another benefit of this function is that it can help us to quickly lock whichever screen. Note:1) For some of the S60 phones, when this quick key lock function is activated, after key lock is deactivated in the active idle screen, a user may not see the left/right soft keys in the screen. If this happens, a user may press any of the numeric keys in the phone to recover this situation, or a user may choose to use the S60 standard way ("left soft key" + "+" key) to activate the key lock function since this ONLY happens in the active idle screen 2) For those S60 phones, which have the "QWERTY" keyboard layout, a user must use "CTRL+A" key combination to activate the telephony voice recording。Currently, Nokia E60 uses the keyboard.
9 File security
A user may use the left and right soft key to browse the directories in the phone, and the user may choose the files to encrypt or decrypt.

10 Auto start enable
By default, this application is auto-started.

11 It can hide itself in the task manager and don't let the others know.

HX-V3-29 impresii [continuare]

Avand in vedere ca au trecut ceva zile de cand folosesc acest firmware, mi-am schimb putin parerea despre el. La prima incarcare m-a impresionat reusind sa tina 2 zile cu utilizare hardcore, 4 ore/zi gps , internet, mail, apeluri, instalari-dezinstalari, muulte restarturi si alte configurari.
Minunea nu a tinut decat 2 zile, a 3-a zi si-a aratat fata. Daca il incarc seara, a 2-a zi dimineata SURPIZA - mai are doar 2 liniute (30%) baterie, dezamagitor de putin. Mai face cateva figuri la redactarea mesajelor, prin un usor slow motion cand tastezi rapid si astefel scrii gresit deoarece nu tine pasul si te induce in eroare.
In rest telefonul se misca foarte bine, cu pozele inca nu m-am lamurit dar cat de curand il schimb.

Voi testa V4 de la Hyperx zilele astea iar daca nici acela nu este pe masura astaptarilor voi reveni la 2.03 Speed ( cel mai bun firmware de pana acum ), baterie sa ma tine 3-4 chiar 5 zile ca la acela nu am mai gasit la niciun alt firmware.

O aplicatie bine gandita pe care o folosesc de cate ori ies cu bike-ul la plimbare. Iti contorizeaza viteza, viteza medie, top speed, calorii, distanta parcursa, grafic viteza-timp, traseul pe harta. Merita incercata. Se conecteaza instant la sateliti.

Aceasta este una din metodele eficiente de a bloca telefonul de la distanta, in caz ca doriti ca cineva sa nu il poata accesa. Este un feature nou, pana acum nu stiam de el, desi il vazusem in Security settings. Puteti sa il incercati cum am facut eu in clipul de mai jos.

Codul de blocare default al telefonului este 00000000 ( opt de 0 ), iar textul care va fi trimis prin sms este la alegere.

Cum facem Back-up inainte de update/resoftare ?

Cineva a postat un comentariu in acest sens, si voi explica aici.
In timpul procesului de instalare de firmware, tot ce se afla in E:/ (memoria de masa - 8gb sau 16gb )va fi sters complet, la fel se intampla si cu C:/ .

In primul rand trebuie sa salvati/copiati undeva in PC tot ceea ce vrei sa pastrati, ca de exemplu poze, muzica, aplicatii, descarcari, clipuri video etc.

Apoi urmeaza back-up ul propriu-zis, cu ajutorul caruia va veti salva contactele, mesajele, notele, intalniri din agenda,bookmarks si chiar setari ( hyperx recomanda sa nu bifam setarile ).
Cum facem acest back-up ? Avem 2 modalitati:

1. Introducem un card microSD, mergem in office -> file manager-> back-up si alegem ceea ce dorim sa salvam si facem backup-ul pe microSD.

2. Din "calculator", intram in samsung PC Studio si alegem optiunea Back-up / Content Copier.

Dupa terminarea resfotarii copiem poze,muzic etc inapoi in memorie si dam restore la back-up.

Ce facem dupa update/resoftare ? Primii pasi ...

Dupa orice reinstalare de firmware sau update la o versiune mai recenta, primul lucru care trebuie facut este restaurarea back-up ului facut inainte. Urmeaza un restart necesar si apoi instalarea si configurarea propriu-zisa dupa bunul plac.

Eu de exmplu copiez un fisier txt numit "102828AC.txt" pe care il plasesc in C:/Private/10202BE9 . Acest fisier configurat de mine inainte inlatura toate imaginile nefolositoare din Galerie. De exemplu mici icon-uri, thumbnails, din C , sau de la garmin, dictionar, imagini tastatura Dayhand, si orice altceva. Singurele imagini disponibile in galerie sunt cele din E:/Images.

DONWLOAD TWEAK

Apoi urmeaza instalarea unor efecte kastor preferate de user. Tutorialul pentru "instalarea" efectelor Kastor este disponibil in acest post TUTORIAL
iar pentru versiunile mai noi de la Hyperx care au efecte kastor preinstalate folositi aceste instructiuni:

- Disable the c2z and installserver patches
- open xplore and go to C ( the resource folder is now visible)
- copy the effects folder in it
- reboot
- go to theme - current theme effects ON/OFF/ON

N2O2 vs. HX-V3-29

Tocmai am facut 2 resoftari in incercarea de a gasi un firmware potrivit pentru nevoile mele.

Primul testat ( nu in amanunt ) N2O2 by faenil: varianta cu landscape menu si kinetic scrolling in meniu dar fara task manager 3D, se misca foarte bine, chiar mai bine decat HX-29 de la hyperx, are multe aplicatii sterse in Applications, un wallpaper frumos (melcul :)) ). Ce nu-mi place: sunetul scos cand degetul interactioneaza cu touch-ul ( mi se pare obositor ), icoanele din stand-by modificate nu ma incanta deloc, si am mai avut cateva mici probleme cu raspunsul la comenzi - in camera, si la introducerea pinului, sacada.

Al doilea - HX-V3-29: se misca bine, aproape ca n2o2, raspunde prompt la comenzi, imi place tema aleasa de hyperx, are foarte multe aplicatii adaugate in Applications si office, multe nu le-am mai intalnit pana acum ( smart reader, nokia file browser, smartsearch, podcast), efectele kastor sunt si ele prezente insa le voi schimba cu unele proprii. Prima impresie este buna, insa urmeaza sa il testez amanuntit ( baterie, aplicatii, foto).
Mentionez ca dupa flashuirea V3-29 am flashuit si modemul JC1.

UPDATE_2:
-efectele Kastor nu pot fi schimbate, sau cel putin eu nu am reusit pana acum.
-are dezamagitor de putin RAM in stand-by -> 159-160 mb, fata de versiunea precedenta cu 175-180 RAM standby, si 185 dupa boot.

UPDATE_2.1: - am reusit sa le dau de cap efectelor kastor, se pot schimba in felul urmator

Tastatura QWERTY Dayhand

Puteti folosi aceasta tastatura in locul celei originale. Este asemanatoare cu cea din Opera Mobile, sau cea din 5800 si chiar cea de Iphone. La instalare va intreaba pe care le pastrati in settings. Mie personal imi place cea de la 5800, insa am pastrat si Opera keyboard.

Dupa instalare pt a o activa intrati in Applications, click pe icoana aplicatiei si schimbati " AKNFEP " cu a 2-a optiune [][] .

Atasez screenshoturi pentru a modifica layout-ul.

Super joc - Rally Master Pro

Tocmai am facut rost de versiunea modificata pt Omnia HD a acestui binecunoscut joc.
Atentie: fisierul .sis este unsigned, deci pt a-l putea juca aveti nevoie de firmware Hyperx sau telefon hacked sau certificat de la opda pentru a-l semna.
Tocmai l-am testat si merge impecabil, nu sacadeaza deloc, insa este ft sensibil senzorul de miscare.

Saptamana aceasta am fost cam ocupat, dar azi sper ca am postat indeajuns pt toata saptamana. Asta seara cred ca voi trece la firmware N2O2 by faenil. Nu sunt multumit cu cel actual, cu o singura exceptie: pozele ies incredibil de bine, dar o sa trec mai departe.

O aplicatie foarte buna care pur si simplu mi se pare peste Galeria telefonului. ai multe optiuni interesante, se misca muult mai bine si mai cursiv. e perfecta si punct.

O aplicatie pe care o folosesc zilnic, poti vedea pozele prietenilor, updata statusul sau scrie ceva pe perete. Merita instalata.

Update la HX V3-26 SPEED

Primele impresii:
-se misca extraordinar de rapid
-raspunde mult mai bine la comenzi
-aplicatiile se instaleaza foarte rapid
-camera porneste mai repede decat in versiunea precedenta iar in optiuni se misca excelent.
-pana acum bateria se tine bine la o butonare intensiva si mult browsing
-NU pot fi instalate Kastor effects (asta ma cam deranjeaza), o sa mai incerc dar slabe sanse.
-Nokia Pc Suite il recunoaste ( poti vedea contacte/mesaje etc )
-probleme cu inregistrare video in slow motion ( dureaza cam 10 secunde pana reuseste sa porneasca).
-la filmare din cate observ sunetul este ok, sincronizat, deci nu trebuie sa modific nimic.

Momentan sunt foarte multumit, chiar daca lipsesc efectele.

UPDATE: Azi am testat sunetul si pot sa spun ca se aude incredibil de tare. ( cam cu 15-20% mai puternic ca versiunea precedenta)

Daca va ganditi sa faceti update la aceasta versiune foarte rapida, aveti in vedere faptul ca Video Player-ul este sters din start (Arcsoft video player - cel cu subtitrari) iar Kastor effects sunt dezactivate din ROM, nu le puteti activa.

Of course, don´t expect a FULL release with all avaiable features from Samsung, remember: This firmware is the “Samsung i8910 runs 62 apps at the same time” So of course some things are stripped out !
And note, this version will NOT replace the normal SPEED-version, it is just most wanted from most of you.
The changelog is very small, because it would be too much to explain what is removed or what is disabled (and some are secret, lol)
so:

-Many removed unneeded files,
-Many removed starting-processes, so this is why we have to test the basics-part – removed Samsung Widget-bar ! – reduced CPU usage to 40 % due to better battery-life – Many many system-optimizations.
-Theme from Vivaz – All EFFECTS are DISABLED by default ! (no effect-server)

I want to create a minimal version of the HX-firmware, for those who want´s max. speed but together with max. battery-life.
In other words, i want to see how much we can get out of Symbian^1 (max c:\ space and maxRam)

Maybe the first beta will be avaiable tomorrow, most of you think that this issn´t for all-day usage, but i say IT IS ! Roadsync, DLNA,full-hack(rompatcher) etc… still there. I´m now at ~125 MB free disc space on c:\ Next will be the free max. amount of RAM ! Then to get the max. out of the battery.

Este exact ce asteptam si singurul lucru care ma tinea legat de HX 2.03.

Aceasta aplicatie mi se pare cea mai folositoare din cele existente pana acum. De ce ? Dupa un update de software, ce e mai chinuitor decat sa instalezi pe rand programele / temele / jocurile preferate.Cu Smart Installer totul devine mai comod si mai rapid. Poti selecta un numar X de aplicatii pe care le doresti instalate si programul le va instala automat, fara sa mai fie nevoie de click-uri suplimentare ( termeni si conditii, infos, etc )

Am facut rost de codecul care rezolva problema inregistrarii video la calitate hd ~ 24 fps.

The “pulbic” solution is a ripp-off from SE. Vivaz ! So in fact it has to be 24 fps ! (as we know) But Samsung has had an solution too ! YES !
The other file is from Samsung from an early build on FEB.2009 that also has FIXED 24fps ! I don´t know why they changed the codec !
So i have uploaded both of the files, now i want to know from you, which CODEC you prefer ! That one from Samsung or that from SE-Vivaz ! So then iwill integrate the best codec !

Atasez 2 poze superbe. Abia acum isi merita cei 8 mpx acest telefon. Se pare ca viitorul fw ne va pregati o surpriza mare :D

The codec i am using for fixed 720p 24FPS is an older build from Ti also integrated in an firmware….
it has the date Nov.2008
The newer one we have is from Apr.2009 and is crappy….. after then Samsung released a crappy firmware with 8khz AMR audio and 20-21 fps !
Now in conclusion, the SE. Vivaz has the same codecs Samsung uses in Nov.2008…… and you know what? it´s running fluid with 24 fps and BETTER audio !
I can´t believe it ! ……. Solution is: Using the Vivaz codecs and 24 fps is FLUID ! ……. wtf……

successfully ported binary files from SE-VIVAZ-photo-camera part in order to increase the PHOTO-quality part !……
